Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We deliver to every U.S. state/territory and Canadian province/territory. We don’t ship to any other countries right now.

2. How Long It Takes to Process Orders

  • We get orders ready to ship within 1–3 business days after we confirm your payment.
  • We don’t process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends (Sat/Sun) or public holidays (like Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day) in the U.S. or Canada.
  • Canadian Orders: It might take an extra 1–2 business days to check shipping info, make customs paperwork (like commercial invoices), and follow Canadian import rules.

Important: These are estimates. Delivery can be delayed by Canadian customs, carrier issues, or busy shopping periods. We can’t be responsible for delays caused by things we can’t control (like bad weather or customs holds).

4. Who Delivers Your Order

  • U.S. Orders: USPS delivers your package, and tracking is included.
  • Canadian Orders: USPS International ships it across the border, then Canada Post handles the final delivery (tracking is included).
    We might switch carriers based on where you live, how heavy your package is, or how fast you need it.

5. How to Track Your Package

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking updates in real time, so you can see every step of the delivery.
  • Canadian Orders: Tracking might not show up for 48 hours after shipping. Once it leaves the U.S., updates will be less frequent—check Canada Post’s website for the latest info.

6. What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Late

For U.S. Shoppers

  1. Ask family, neighbors, or your building’s front desk/mailroom if they received your package.
  2. Call or email USPS with your tracking number to ask about delivery.
  3. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us within 7 days of the listed delivery date with your order and tracking numbers.

For Canadian Shoppers

  1. Wait an extra 5–7 business days (customs can slow things down!).
  2. Check with Canada Post or Canadian customs—your package might be held if you owe duties/taxes or need to send more documents.
  3. Ask people in your home, neighbors, or local post office if they have your package.
  4. If it’s still missing, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date with your order and tracking numbers.
Our team will look into the issue and update you. If tracking says the package was delivered to your address, we can’t be held responsible for it being lost after that.

7. Customs & Duties for Canadian Orders

  • You might have to pay import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees to CBSA or the shipping carrier.
  • These costs are your responsibility—they aren’t included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • We can’t be responsible for delays from customs or unpaid fees.
