We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (credit/debit cards) for secure website orders. All payments go through trusted third-party processors—we never save your full credit card number on our servers, and your payment details are encrypted with industry-standard security tools to keep them safe.
- If you’re shipping to the U.S., you’ll be charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- If you’re shipping to Canada, you’ll be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector on our site is just for previewing prices. No matter what currency you see on the screen, your final charge will match your shipping country’s currency (USD for U.S., CAD for Canada). If your card uses a different currency, your bank might add an exchange rate or foreign transaction fee—we don’t control or charge these fees.
When you place an order, your bank may put a temporary hold on your card for the full order amount (this is just to check that you have enough funds, not a real charge). The actual charge will only go through once we confirm your order and get it ready to ship (usually within 1–3 business days after we verify your payment).
If your payment is declined or flagged for security checks:
- We may reach out to you to confirm details like your billing address or card expiration date.
- If we can’t verify your info within 48 hours, we might cancel your order to protect against fraud.
- Approved refunds go back to the same card or payment method you used at checkout.
- We process refunds within 5–10 business days after we receive and check your returned item.
- Your bank may take another 3–5 business days to show the refund in your account (we can’t speed this up).
If you think there’s a mistake on your charge, email [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction. Include your order number, payment info, and a description of the problem, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible.
- U.S. Customers: Sales tax is added at checkout based on where you’re shipping to (we follow all state and local tax rules).
- Canadian Customers: GST, HST, PST, or QST is automatically added at checkout (we comply with all Canadian tax laws).
