A: We ship only to addresses in the U.S. (all states/territories) and Canada (all provinces/territories). International shipping is not available at this time.

A: Orders process within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Canadian orders may need an extra 1–2 business days for customs docs. No processing on weekends/holidays.

Q: Can I get a refund for duties/taxes if I return an item?
